Mobility Carbon Intelligence

The Missing System for Transport Emissions Accountability.

Road transportation is a major and persistent contributor to global greenhouse-gas emissions and air pollution, while vehicle data, emissions assessments, regulatory decisions and carbon registries operate across separate systems. Metre 360’s Transportation Decarbonization Infrastructure is designed to connect these fragmented systems, close the accountability gap and drive targeted interventions to reduce emissions, improve air quality and protect public health.

SYSTEM

Transportation Decarbonization Infrastructure

— TDI connects what a vehicle emits, why it emits it, what can improve it and what value the verified improvement can unlock. It continuously evaluates vehicle condition and emissions against regulatory requirements, linking targeted interventions to compliance, incentives and climate finance.

Its Carbon AI analyses emissions and their causes, while the Digital Twin Engine models vehicle performance and evaluates changes following maintenance, repairs, retrofits or improvements in driving and operation. Together, they generate environmental intelligence across legacy and modern vehicles and fleets, including internal combustion, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, electric, hydrogen and selected micromobility vehicles. Based on verified emissions performance, an integrated Treasury Protocol governs carbon token issuance, enables carbon-credit issuance under applicable programme and registry requirements, and administers the resulting assets throughout their lifecycle.

DECARBONIZATION VALUE

Strategic Outcomes

01Carbon AI

Environmental Intelligence

Combines vehicle condition, operating patterns and emissions data to identify performance changes and potential causes, informing targeted interventions across vehicles and fleets.

02Digital Twin Engine

Regulatory Accountability

Models vehicle performance over time and evaluates it against applicable requirements, supporting traceable compliance assessments as condition, use and jurisdictional rules change.

03Treasury Protocol

Climate Finance Readiness

Administers verified outcomes and eligible climate assets under programme rules, connecting issuance, ownership, transfer and retirement with the requirements of participating registries and institutions.

ACCOUNTABILITY ARCHITECTURE

Structured for Administration.

State Machine

Administration

Tracks each vehicle or outcome through defined assessment, eligibility and asset-lifecycle states. Rules determine when a transition is permitted and what information or approval it requires.

Double-Counting Controls

Governance

Links and reconciles verified mitigation across accounting systems and registries, tracking attribution, issuance and use to prevent the same reduction from being issued or claimed more than permitted.

Climate Asset Lifecycle

Protocol

Administers eligible assets through issuance, transfer, reconciliation and retirement, with revocation and audit controls. Carbon-credit issuance remains subject to the relevant program and registry requirements.

Climate Action Ecosystem

Circular Economy

Connects vehicle owners, fleets, engineers, inspection authorities, repair networks and OEMs around defined roles in assessment, intervention and verification, enabling direct participation in in reducing emissions.

REGULATORY INFLECTION POINT

Making Continuous Emissions Governance Operational.

The UN Decade of Sustainable Transport Implementation Plan moves transport reporting toward continuous accountability, while emerging regulation and disclosure requirements including UNECE WP.29 and Euro 7—are making environmental information more persistent, granular and interoperable across the transport ecosystem. Together, these shifts extend accountability across the full transportation emissions lifecycle. TDI is designed to link vehicle-level information with compliance, verified mitigation and economic recognition through:

  • VEHICLE-LIFETIME VISIBILITY
  • USER-DIRECTED DATA ACCESS
  • NATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITY
  • VERIFIED MITIGATION
  • DIGITAL OPERATIONAL PLATFORM

COMMERCIAL MODEL

One Architecture. Two Institutional Pathways

Governments deploy TDI as sovereign infrastructure, while institutions license and integrate it into their own systems. Each deployment defines the participating vehicles, data connections, institutional responsibilities and rules governing compliance and environmental assets.

INSTITUTIONAL ENGAGEMENT

Deploy Transportation Decarbonization Infrastructure.

For governments, transport authorities, OEMs, financial institutions and technology partners exploring national deployment, technical integration or climate-finance applications. Institutional briefings cover the system architecture, integration requirements and proposed deployment scope.
